1. Federal Government

These are publicly searchable and updated constantly.
2. State Government Grants
Each state has grant portals.
For Florida:

- Florida Housing Finance Corporation
- etc.
These are usually posted on agency websites.
3. Foundations
Thousands of private foundations give grants:
- Gates Foundation
- Ford Foundation

- etc.
